Marked Delivered, Not Received
  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Look for a carrier “attempted” notice or alternate drop location.
  3. Wait 24 hours—some carriers pre‑scan before arrival.
  4. If still missing, contact us. We’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Delayed or Stalled Tracking

Weather and volume can impact scans. If there’s no movement for 3 business days, reach out and we’ll investigate.

Damaged on Arrival

Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and item. Keep all materials and contact support within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim and replacement/return.
