We want you to love your Gucci belt bag. If it isn’t quite right, our U.S. customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached, including any security tags, dust bag, box, cards, and protective packaging.
  • Items showing wear, alteration, or damage (including odors or marks) are not eligible.
  • Only items purchased directly from guccibeltbag.org are eligible for return/exchange.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. A $9.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund, except for damaged/incorrect items.
  3. Repack securely with all original packaging and drop off within 7 days of label issuance.

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

Refunds & timelines

  • Once delivered to our facility, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Banks/card issuers may require an additional 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable. The $9.95 return label fee applies unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • One‑time exchange for size/style of equal or greater value within the 14‑day window, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed per the policy above.
  • Exchange shipping is on us for the outbound replacement within the U.S.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We’ll provide a complimentary return label and prioritize replacement or refund.

Order changes & cancellations

  • We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase during business hours. Email [email protected] with “Cancel Order #____” in the subject.

Return shipping fees

  • Prepaid label fee: $9.95 (deducted from refund).
  • No fee for returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Gifts

  • Gift returns are eligible for a store credit e‑gift card to the original purchaser or to the recipient with proof of purchase.

International

  • At this time, we ship and accept returns from U.S. addresses only.

Holiday return window

  • Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 24 qualify for extended returns through Jan 15 of the following year, provided items remain unused and in original packaging.

Returns FAQ

How do I know if my return is approved?
We’ll email you once your return is inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I use my own shipping label?
We recommend using our prepaid label to ensure proper tracking and routing. If you use your own carrier, you’re responsible for loss/damage in transit, and the $9.95 label fee won’t be deducted.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
Can I return a used item?
We only accept items in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
When will I receive my exchange?
Once your return is in transit, we’ll reserve the requested item. After inspection, we ship the exchange within 1–2 business days if stock is available.
